Virginia Tech’s Emily Lytle brings versatile two-way production and proven clutch scoring
Emily Lytle is a 5-foot-11 guard/forward who gives Virginia Tech lineup flexibility with reliable scoring, rebounding, and wing-sized physicality; in the 2021-22 season she averaged 9.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 40.6% shooting, while earlier at Liberty she showed real tournament-level upside, including a 51-point ASUN Tournament and First Team All-Conference season in 2020-21. Her appeal is less about flashy box-score volume and more about adaptable, experienced production from a player who has repeatedly stepped into bigger roles when asked.[1][2][5]
