Xavier Carter brings a spring-stock-up profile at cornerback for Wyoming
Carter, a 6-foot, 175-pound freshman from Manvel, Texas, finished second on the depth chart at one of Wyoming’s cornerback spots after a strong spring, which is the clearest sign he’s already pushing for real playing time. His value is the combination of size, early upward momentum, and apparent coach trust rather than proven game stats, which Wyoming’s roster page does not yet list for him. If you want a developmental CB with upside and a chance to grow into a meaningful role, he’s a name to watch.[1]
