Richard Carter brings size, discipline, and run-game toughness to UNI’s backfield
Richard Carter is a physical, North–South runner who can fit a tough, downhill offense: listed at 6-4, 240 and coming off a 2007 season in which he played in 11 games, ran for 14 tackles? Wait—this appears to be a different Richard Carter. The UNI Panthers running back information is not clearly identified in the provided results, so I can’t verify current performance, rankings, or scouting details without risking a mix-up with other athletes named Richard Carter.
