Elite Guard for NC State with Unmatched Intensity and Leadership
Ivy Gardner, a 5-foot-9 guard and co-captain for the NC State Wolfpack (21-11 in 2025-26), stands out not just for her 7-for-10 shooting in key games but for her relentless intensity, co-captain leadership, and ability to plow through defenses despite playing only five of eight games this season due to injury. Her differentiator is her personality: a fearless, team-first mentality that elevates the entire squad’s morale, making her a perfect fit for any team needing a high-intensity, leadership-driven guard. While her stats are solid, her true value lies in her unwavering commitment and resilience, answering why you should care: she’s the heartbeat of NC State’s offense.
