Adam Roberts brings veteran ball-hawk energy to UNI’s secondary
Adam Roberts has earned attention as a Northern Iowa cornerback with proven playmaking instincts, including a standout 2007 season when he helped the Panthers with multiple interceptions and earned Missouri Valley Football Conference honorable mention recognition. The big differentiator here is his knack for reading quarterbacks and flipping momentum—exactly the kind of disruptive, high-intensity defender coaches love in a CB. Publicly available current stat detail is limited, so the clearest value read is his reputation as a disciplined, opportunistic defensive back who fits a defense that wants takeaways, communication, and competitive toughness.
