Iowa State Towering F/C Making Waves in 2026
At 6-6, Kate Bauman stands out as Iowa State's versatile forward/center from Prior Lake, Minn., fresh off a key role in the Cyclones' 65-52 Big 12 win over UCF on Jan. 31, 2026—her length disrupts defenses and anchors the paint like few others. Reliable sources praise her high school pedigree from The Blake School and steady presence, making her a low-risk, high-upside fit for teams needing interior dominance and rebounding intensity; no injury flags, just pure post potential screaming Gaucho transfer target.
