Elite Control & Power Arm for Eastern Kentucky
Brady Hutchins stands out as a 6'1", 205-lb right-handed pitcher with a rare combination of pinpoint control (just 15 walks in 2023) and an 88 mph fastball (94th percentile for his class), making him a high-upside draft prospect. His differentiator isn't just stats—it's his intense, competitive demeanor and reliability in relief roles, as seen in EKU's 2024 NCAA Regional game. With no major injury history and a 'very high draft pick' potential rating from Perfect Game, Hutchins is a perfect fit for teams needing a steady, intense RHP who can dominate with control and power. You should care because he's one of the most consistent, high-intensity pitchers in the Eastern Kentucky system, ready to elevate any roster.
