UConn’s Clutch Shot-Maker With Elite Perimeter Gravity
Ben Gordon is best remembered as a **big-shot guard** with a quick release, deep-range scoring touch, and proven clutch instincts, helping UConn win the 2004 national title before becoming one of the NBA’s most feared sixth men. His differentiators were shot-making under pressure, instant offense, and a fearless mentality that made him valuable when possessions got tight; his story also carries real off-court context, including documented mental-health struggles and a 2023 arrest that was later resolved through a probation program. If you want a guard who can change a game with scoring bursts and edge, he fits.
