Eric Rapley brings veteran linebacker pedigree, but current Utah State impact is unclear
Rapley’s available profile points to a 6-foot-2, 240-pound linebacker with proven production from his junior-college days, including 91 tackles and 19 tackles for loss as a sophomore and 85 tackles with 15 tackles for loss as a freshman. That suggests a downhill, disruptive defender who can live in the backfield and finish plays. The catch: the accessible records are old and don’t show verified current-season Utah State stats, so he reads more like a historical Aggie note than a clearly trackable 2026 contributor.
