Sacramento State's Brick Wall at 220 lbs in the DB Slot
Jared Vanderbeek, a senior defensive back for the Sacramento State Hornets standing 5-11 and packing 220 lbs, brings rare physicality to the cornerback position, excelling in run support and press coverage with his Granite Bay toughness. Limited recent stats available, but his build suggests elite tackling ability and versatility against Big Sky spread offenses—no notable injury history, high-motor intensity makes him a tone-setter. Perfect fit for teams needing a hard-nosed DB who punishes receivers; scout him for late-round upside or special teams grit.
