a North Texas guard profile that hints at veteran polish, but current 2025-26 production is not clearly available
Valerie Richard is listed in North Texas women’s basketball materials as a guard, and historical records show a North Texas player by that name in the late 1990s, but current 2025-26 stat-line details were not clearly surfaced in the available sources. That means the most reliable takeaway is role and context, not a hot stat read: if this is the current Mean Green guard, she’s a name to verify carefully before projecting fit. For roster-building purposes, the appeal would come from guard versatility and experience, but there isn’t enough verified 2025-26 performance evidence here to label her a breakout or stat leader.
