Princeton DB Matthew Winston brings veteran ball skills and playmaking flair
Matthew Winston’s most notable Princeton season came in 2021, when the senior defensive back played in eight games, made 15 tackles, broke up four passes, and returned an interception 34 yards for a touchdown against Penn. He stands out as a physical, opportunistic defender with proven ball production and a knack for timing big moments—exactly the kind of DB who can flip a game with one snap. The bigger appeal is his championship pedigree and playmaking edge, not just the box score.
