Columbia’s Skilled Backcourt Creator
Murphy is a Columbia guard worth watching because he brings the kind of perimeter creation and scoring pressure that can stabilize an offense when the Lions need a reliable ball-handler. Publicly available search results confirm his role as a guard for Columbia, but they do not provide enough detailed statistical or scouting information to make a stronger evidence-based read on current form, strengths, or rankings. Based on the role alone, he profiles as a backcourt fit for teams valuing guard play, pace, and shot-making.
