Resilient Edge Rusher with Elite Pass-Rush Upside
Zion Tupuola-Fetui (ZTF), a 6-4, 254-pound EDGE for Washington, is a disruptive pass-rusher who earned PAC-12 Defensive Lineman of the Week in 2023 after dominating Michigan State. His defining differentiator is elite mental resilience: just one week after his father’s tragic passing, he delivered his best senior performance against USC, proving unmatched intensity and emotional fortitude. Though he tore his Achilles in 2024 (missing 6–10 months), his return signals a rotational edge rusher with high upside. ZTF’s grit, pass-rush versatility, and ‘show up even when you don’t want to’ mindset make him a perfect fit for teams needing a battle-tested, high-intensity edge defender who thrives under pressure.
