Bill Sherman brings old-school interior-line grit to Sacramento State
Bill Sherman’s profile as a Sacramento State defensive tackle is built on size, experience, and trench toughness: ESPN lists him at #55 and at defensive tackle, while Sac State’s roster shows him at 6-2, 285 pounds in the 2010 season. In the 2007 season, Sacramento State’s stat logs show Sherman producing 1.0 tackles for loss, a useful sign of disruptive upside from the interior. He reads like a fit for a team that wants a steady, physical DL who can hold ground, eat blocks, and bring dependable effort rather than flash.
