Byron Sneed brings length, size, and interior power to South Alabama’s defensive front
Byron Sneed is a **6-4, 275-pound senior defensive lineman** for South Alabama, giving the Jaguars a big-bodied interior presence with the frame to hold gaps and absorb blockers.[5] His profile is more about fit and disruption potential than flashy box-score production—ESPN lists his current defensive stats at **0 solo tackles, 0 sacks, 0 forced fumbles, and 0 interceptions**, so the value case is built on size, leverage, and trench depth rather than headline numbers.[6] If your team needs a developmental, role-specific DL who can add length and physicality inside, Sneed fits that profile.[5][6]
