Ally Welch brings reliable forward depth and winning-program experience to Mercer
Welch’s Mercer profile shows a 5-11 forward who earned her way into the lineup, including all 33 games as a senior and a first career start late in her career, which suggests dependable depth and coach trust rather than headline-grabbing volume. She also came through one of Mercer’s strongest eras, helping a class that finished with 104 career wins and four straight regular-season SoCon titles, so the fit is about toughness, continuity, and knowing how to contribute within a system. If you value experience, professionalism, and low-maintenance role players, she is easy to like.
