High Point’s sharpshooting guard with veteran poise
Leslie Cook is best known as a proven long-range threat and steady veteran guard for High Point; in the 2006-07 season, she averaged 10.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.7 assists while shooting .330 from three and .761 at the line. She also earned All-Big South honors and was praised as a captain-type presence, with notes highlighting her confidence outside the arc and ability to swing games quickly with hot shooting. If you want a guard who brings shot-making, experience, and a high-IQ, team-first edge, Cook is exactly the kind of fit that makes coaches smile.
