veteran Louisiana Tech road-grader with conference recognition
In 2019, Drew Kirkpatrick was a 6-foot-3, 310-pound redshirt senior offensive lineman who started all 13 games at guard and earned All-Conference USA honorable mention, a strong sign of reliability and baseline NFL-style toughness for his era. He helped power a Louisiana Tech line that ranked near the top of Conference USA in scoring, rushing, total offense, passing, third-down conversion rate, and first downs in 2019. The draw here is dependability, size, and experience; the catch is that available public info is dated, so he profiles as a proven veteran rather than a current breakout candidate.
