Gabe Reid was a tone-setting edge rusher for Utah in 2022
In the 2022 season, Gabe Reid delivered 39 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks for Utah, and he was a first-team All-Pac-12 selection. He stands out as a compact, physical defensive end who finishes plays, showed his best when the stakes were highest, and even saved his loudest statement for the Pac-12 title game. The main question for any team is durability and age/trajectory context, since his listed Utah career was a one-year, late-career impact run rather than a long developmental arc.
