Jack Lucas brings proven tackling production and steady back-end reliability to UT Martin
Jack Lucas is a **starting safety** for UT Martin who showed dependable production in the **2023 season**, finishing with **50 total tackles** and **2.5 tackles for loss** while playing in all 11 games. His value goes beyond the box score: he profiles as a sturdy, assignment-sound defender with enough tackling volume to be trusted in the middle of the field, and his repeat presence in the lineup suggests reliability rather than flashes-only upside. He looks like a good fit for a team needing a physical, consistent safety who can help keep the defense organized.
