Cassie Schiltz was a do-it-all, high-IQ Green Bay guard who finished as one of the program’s most efficient shooters
In the 2024-25 season, Schiltz averaged 8.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 29.3 minutes per game while shooting 38.5% from three and a perfect 16-for-16 at the line, finishing her Green Bay career as the program’s all-time free-throw percentage leader at 88.94%.[2][4] Her calling card was reliability: she played all 35 games, won Horizon League Player of the Week twice in her career, and brought a veteran, steadying presence with shot-making, floor spacing, and secondary playmaking.[2][13]
