Montana State CB Kory Austin: seasoned playmaker with special-teams value and developing depth-role upside
Kory Austin has been a familiar, versatile piece in Montana State’s defensive backfield, with prior coverage production and special-teams impact that show he can affect games beyond pure cornerback snaps. His profile suggests a hard-nosed, experienced defender who brings maturity, positional flexibility, and reliable effort—useful traits for a team that values trust and toughness over flash. The main question is role: he looks like a solid fit for a program needing secondary depth and special-teams juice, though the strongest public notes point more to steady contributor than headline star.
