Western Carolina DB with NFL Flair and Pick-Six Prowess
John Brannon III, a 6-0, 190-lb dynamo from Western Carolina Catamounts, wrapped his college career in 2019 with 90 tackles (50 solo), 4 TFLs, and 7 interceptions—including 2 pick-sixes—that showcased his ball-hawking instincts and playmaking grit. His explosive athleticism shone in a viral 2021 Chargers preseason goal-line INT, earning UDFA buzz post-draft. High-motor team captain with leadership fire; ideal for teams needing a versatile, intense DB who thrives in zone and man coverage despite FCS level.
