High School Tackling Beast with Limited College Impact at UAPB
Kabryn Williams exploded in his 2016-17 senior season at Marion High School (AR), posting 91 total tackles (58 solo), 9.1 tackles per game, 3 INTs, and 5 caused fumbles—stats that dwarfed national averages and screamed shutdown DB potential, including a flashy 45-yard pick-six. Transitioning to college at UA-Pine Bluff (2019 redshirt with just 1 PBU) and Langston (2022, no stats), his production faded, suggesting adaptation challenges or depth chart battles. His high school ferocity and ball skills make him a raw, high-motor fit for teams needing intense, disruptive secondary depth—watch for a breakout if given snaps.
