Demetrius Burkes brings veteran edge and disruptive front-line toughness to Florida A&M
Demetrius Burkes is a physical, assignment-sound defensive end whose value comes from trench discipline, effort, and the kind of veteran presence that can stabilize a pass rush. Publicly available stat pages don’t show much current production data for his 2024 season, so the bigger takeaway is fit: he profiles as a steady, hard-nosed rotational piece rather than a flashy sack hunter. If your team wants intensity, leverage, and a defensive line worker who can set the tone, Burkes is the kind of guy coaches usually love.
