Bookie Sneed brings veteran cornerback experience and ball skills to Sam Houston
Bookie Sneed is a 6-foot, 180-pound senior cornerback at Sam Houston who profiles as a seasoned, playmaking defensive back, with a career Bearkats résumé that includes 147 tackles, 8 interceptions, and 33 pass breakups. His value goes beyond the box score: that kind of production signals instincts, route recognition, and reliability in coverage, which are exactly what teams want in a CB room. If you need a proven veteran who can compete physically and create turnovers, he looks like a strong fit.
