Lakin Roland’s Versatile Two-Way Game Made Her a Dartmouth Anchor
Lakin Roland stood out as a **high-usage forward** for Dartmouth, leading the team in scoring at 15.1 points per game in the 2015-16 season while also contributing 2.5 assists and 1.4 steals per game, which points to a rare inside-out impact for her position.[1][2] She started all 30 games, earned Ivy League Player of the Week honors, and later finished her Dartmouth career with 1,235 points and 6.5 rebounds per game, suggesting durability, consistency, and a competitive edge that coaches value in a fit-forward player.[1][3]
