Karima Davies brings veteran presence and two-way edge to IU Indianapolis
Karima Davies is a former Gary West Side standout who entered IUPUI as a highly regarded Indiana recruit, known in high school for producing 11.2 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.4 steals per game in the 2004 season. The big draw is her physical, versatile frontcourt game: she was praised as a rebounding-and-defense impact player with enough skill to contribute efficiently at both ends, the kind of glue piece coaches love when they want toughness, activity, and low-drama production.
