Serbian Power Forward with Elite Size and Proven International Scoring
Lazar Nekic, a 7-foot Serbian power forward, stands out for his rare combination of elite size (209 cm) and aggressive scoring intensity, having delivered a 13.0 PPG and 7.4 RPG performance in the 2024-25 international season. Unlike typical college forwards, Nekic moved to the U.S. at 16 to chase his career, showcasing a fearless, adaptable personality that thrives in high-pressure environments. His differentiator is his ability to dominate the paint with 51.2% field goal accuracy while contributing 1.0 block per game, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a physical, high-rebounding anchor who can also score efficiently. With a career-high 3 assists in 2025 and a season-high 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 block on January 22, 2025, Nekic proves he’s not just a stat-line filler but a game-changer who elevates team intensity.
