Stony Brook OL Sam Howson brings veteran size and game reps to the Seawolves
Howson profiles as a **reliable, experienced interior offensive lineman** with legitimate college size at 6-foot-4, 280 pounds and a multi-stop résumé that includes Rutgers, LIU, and Stony Brook, where he appeared in 10 games in 2022.[1][2] His differentiators are **positional versatility, depth-value experience, and familiarity with different programs**, which can matter more than raw stats for an offensive lineman.[1][2] For a team needing a steady, seasoned blocker who has already earned playing time, he looks like a practical fit rather than a splashy one.[2][3]
