Southern Miss back with proven production, but current role needs verification
Lorenzo Young’s profile is tricky because current public team data is thin, but historical college stats show a runner with real efficiency and a compact, physical profile. In the most recent season data available, Southern Miss listed a Lorenzo Young in the rushing stats with 57 carries for 317 yards and 6 touchdowns, a strong sign of short-yardage value and finishing ability. He looks like a fit for teams wanting toughness, downhill burst, and a back who can punch above his weight when the blocking is there.
