John Guerra brings veteran hustle and defensive spark for NCCU
John Guerra profiles as a steady, defense-first guard/forward who can swing momentum with energy plays, steals, and timely shooting; in NCCU’s 2017 win over Christendom, he posted career highs with 11 points, 3 assists, and 4 steals in just 12 minutes[1][3]. His résumé also shows a trusted role player who has provided bench scoring and rebounding in big moments, including 12 points and 5 rebounds in NCCU’s 2018 MEAC title game run[5]. The fit: useful for teams needing intensity, versatility, and veteran leadership more than high-usage scoring[7][8].
