Joe Henderson is a throwback, do-everything UAB linebacker with proven production
In the 2007 season, Joe Henderson was a tone-setting playmaker for UAB, finishing with 109 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, five sacks and two interceptions while earning third-team All-Conference USA honors. He fits the mold of a high-motor linebacker who flashes both run-stopping power and disruptive backfield juice, plus he’s shown the durability and range to stay on the field and pile up production. The big sell: he’s not just a tackle collector — he creates negative plays, which is usually the difference between “solid” and “you need this guy.”
