Army DB Caleb John brings compact, assignment-sound depth to the Black Knights
Caleb John is a **reliable, physical defensive back** for Army who has already shown he can contribute in a limited role, recording **four tackles in 2023** while continuing on the roster into **2026**. His value is less about eye-popping stats and more about Army-style traits: disciplined leverage, toughness, and readiness to play within a structured defense. For a team that needs a steady, coachable DB who fits a contact-heavy system, John looks like a solid depth piece with development upside rather than a flashy playmaker.
