Aaron Bidwell is the local 6-foot-4 redshirt sophomore with upside and a homegrown chip on his shoulder
In the 2026 season, Aaron Bidwell is a 6-foot-4, 193-pound sophomore wide receiver for Oregon from Eugene’s Marist High, a hometown walk-on story with legit length and room to develop. He did not appear in a game as a true freshman, so this is still more projection than production, but his high-school résumé pops: 73 catches for 1,264 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior, plus a big opening performance of 234 yards and five scores in one game. Why care? He brings size, local pride, and a developmental ceiling that could fit a program like Oregon’s if he keeps climbing.
