High-Impact Guard with Scoring Flair and Elite Scouting Instincts
Lenny Jefferson, the #21 Guard for Central Connecticut State Blue Devils, delivered a standout 21-point, 7-rebound, 5-assist performance in the 2025–26 season against Sacred Heart, showcasing his scoring flare and all-around intensity. While his season averages are 7.7 PTS, 2.1 REB, and 2.3 AST with 40.7% FG, Jefferson’s true differentiator is his elite scouting mindset—he’s an Assistant Coach who dissects opponents so thoroughly that teammates like Rutgers’ staff credit his game plans for their focus. His intensity level is unmatched, driven by a 'God + Family + Basketball' philosophy, and he’s a father of three with no known injury history. He’s a perfect fit for teams needing a guard who scores when needed but also elevates the entire squad through strategic insight and relentless preparation.
