veteran Gael guard with a gritty, team-first resume
Treaven Duffy is a former Saint Mary’s guard whose college résumé shows a low-usage, high-discipline role player: in the 2014-15 season he appeared in 21 games for the Gaels and averaged 3.1 minutes, while his earlier Saint Mary’s seasons included a 13-point outing and steady bench minutes. The real value here is the profile—6-2 size, defensive willingness, and a workmanlike, no-drama approach that coaches usually love. He looks like the kind of guard who fits best in a structured system, not as a stat-stuffer but as a glue piece with toughness and practice-floor reliability.
