Caleb Etheridge brings Mercer steady, physical OL experience
Caleb Etheridge is a 6-foot-2, 291-pound offensive lineman for Mercer who has already shown he can handle meaningful snaps, including starting the final six games in one season and moving from right guard to left guard without blinking.[1] He’s a fit if you want a tough, assignment-sound interior blocker with experience in a productive offense: Mercer’s line ranked 28th among FCS teams in sacks allowed, and Etheridge helped the Bears post strong red-zone and scoring numbers.[1] He’s not a flashy stat-sheet guy—that’s the point. He’s the kind of dependable trench piece coaches love.
