The old-school rebounder who brings toughness to SFA
In the 2001-02 season, Ransom White averaged 7.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game for Stephen F. Austin, with a strong 57.1% field-goal mark and 2.1 assists per game[1][8]. The 6-foot-7 forward’s calling card was interior physicality and activity—he also posted 1.7 steals per game, which hints at a high-motor, disruptive style for a frontcourt player[1]. A 2000 SFA release described him as an Honorable Mention All-Texas Eastern Conference selection after averaging 12.3 points and 8.2 rebounds at Panola, reinforcing that he was valued for rugged, reliable production rather than flash[3].
