Caila Hailey brings veteran defense and steady guard play to Washington State
Hailey is a proven two-way guard whose best calling card is defense: Washington State recognized her with an honorable mention to the Pac-12 All-Defensive Team in 2015-16, and her game has long shown toughness, rebounding from the guard spot, and playmaking feel. She also adds experience and leadership, having been a senior guard for WSU, plus enough scoring punch to make opponents respect her on the perimeter. If you want a competitive, versatile backcourt piece who can guard, rebound, and stabilize a lineup, she fits the profile.
