Carlos Lemus brings pro-ready guard size and international experience, but UTEP fans should note he has already moved on from college hoops
Carlos Lemus is a 6'3" Venezuelan guard who graduated from UTEP in 2023 and most recently played for Marinos de Oriente in Venezuela’s SPB, with his profile now listing him as an unrestricted free agent after going undrafted in 2024. He stands out more for pro-ready frame, international experience, and guard versatility than for a flashy stat line, so he is best viewed as a mature backcourt piece rather than a high-usage scorer. If you want a steady, experienced guard with a documented pro path, he is worth a look.[1][2]
