Asa McCord brings size, versatility, and low-usage frontcourt value to Utah Valley
Asa McCord is a 6-6 forward whose value is more about fit than volume: in the 2025-26 season, ESPN lists him at 2.6 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.7 assists per game, suggesting a role player who can contribute without needing touches. His frame and forward experience give Utah Valley a switchable, local-product depth piece with college experience at both Salt Lake CC and UVU, which can matter in the right matchup. If your team needs a polished, coachable connector rather than a high-usage scorer, he’s a useful fit.
