Morgan State QB Neil Boudreau brings versatility, size, and a feel for the game
Neil Boudreau is a developmental quarterback worth watching because he combines rare versatility with a team-first background, having also played punter and safety before getting a shot at QB at Morgan State. In 2021, he helped spark the Bears with big-play passing, including a 72-yard completion, and sources noted he was handling nearly all practice reps when Morgan needed stability under center. His fit is best for a program that values toughness, adaptability, and a quarterback who can manage pressure while still creating chunk plays.
