High School Sharpshooter Adjusting to College Bench Role at Denver
Rowan Hein, a former Fresno Clovis North standout named Cal-Hi Sports Player of the Year, brings elite high school pedigree—averaging 21.7 PPG, 8.4 RPG in her senior season while shining at Nike Hoop Summit with 19 points—but is easing into college with modest 2025-26 Denver Pioneers stats of 1.8 PPG, 1.3 RPG, and 32.4 FG% off the bench. Her guard intensity, playmaking (led HS team in assists), and proven scorer's mentality make her a high-upside reserve with breakout potential; ideal fit for teams needing gritty depth and future starters.
