Jack Forbes still pops as a disruptive Portland State edge presence
Jack Forbes is a veteran defensive end for Portland State whose calling card is disruptive, backfield-hunting defense rather than empty-calorie tackle totals. In a notable 2010 outing against Oregon, he posted 7 tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss and a fumble recovery, showing the kind of motor and knack for impact plays that coaches love. He looks like the type of edge defender who can raise a front seven with intensity, toughness, and assignment-sounding instincts—best suited for a team that values physicality, effort, and splash-play disruption over pure size-measurables.
