Josh Shropshire is carving out real value on Air Force’s mound
In the 2025 season, Air Force RHP Josh Shropshire logged 10 strikeouts in 11 innings with a 4.09 ERA across six appearances, and his recent outings showed swing-and-miss stuff plus useful length for a young arm. He debuted with three strikeouts in one inning, then stretched to 2.2 innings against Washington State and a season-high three innings versus San Diego State, where he allowed just one run. That profile says “competitive, fast-improving reliever” — a solid fit if your team wants a right-hander who can attack hitters, absorb innings, and still has upside to grow.
