Tulsa TE with Modest College Output but JUCO TD Flair
Denzel Carter, Tulsa's #19 tight end from St. Petersburg, FL, posted career college stats of 6 receptions for 60 yards and 1 TD (per ESPN), reflecting limited playing time since enrolling in 2019 after a standout JUCO stint at Mississippi Gulf Coast with 8 catches, 65 yards, and 3 TDs in 2018. His differentiator is raw athleticism from high school highlights as a dual-threat TE/WR, but sparse NCAA production suggests he's a developmental prospect—ideal for teams needing versatile blockers with upside, not immediate starters. Low injury flags, but watch for consistency.
