Brandon Johnson brings safety depth and steady tackling to Tulsa
Brandon Johnson, Tulsa’s safety, projects as a reliable, physical defender who does the dirty work in coverage support and run defense rather than chasing headlines. Tulsa’s roster bio shows he was a returning letterwinner with game experience after transferring from Tyler Junior College, and his value comes from steadiness, versatility, and being in the right place at the right time—a fit for a team that wants dependability over flash. The catch: publicly available current stat detail is thin, so he profiles more as a trusted role player than a national-stat-sheet star.
