Veteran 6'10" F/C with Limited NCAA Impact at UIC
Josip Petrusic, a 6'10", 245-lb Forward/Center from Metkovic, Croatia, played for UIC Flames as a junior in the 2003-04 and 2004-05 seasons, averaging just 1.4–1.5 points and 1.7–1.8 rebounds per game in under nine minutes off the bench with a 33.3% field goal rate [2][6][8]. While his size and junior college background (12 ppg at Treasure Valley CC) suggest potential as a physical presence, his minimal NCAA production, low scoring efficiency, and bench role indicate he was a developmental player rather than a primary contributor [3][8]. With no recorded injury history but limited intensity in game impact, Petrusic is not a strong fit for a team seeking immediate scoring or high-usage interior play, though his international background and size could offer niche value in specific defensive or rebounding scenarios [2][10].
